Welcome to Sea of Legend — an epic naval MMORPG where players battle across the seas, build powerful fleets, and forge their own legend. To ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all players are required to follow the rules listed below.

1. General Conduct

• All players must treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
• Offensive, obscene, vulgar, or inappropriate language in chat, usernames, guild names, or any public content is not permitted.
• Toxic behavior, trolling, griefing, or intentionally disrupting the experience of other players may result in penalties.

2. Fair Play and Cheating

• Use of bots, macros, scripts, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
• Abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is forbidden.
• Please report any bugs or exploits to our team at seaoflegend2025@gmail.com.
• Modifying the game client, packet manipulation, reverse engineering, or hacking attempts will result in immediate account termination.
• Players who knowingly cooperate with cheaters or benefit from cheating activities may also face disciplinary action.

3. Account Usage

• Players are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
• Account sharing, account selling, account trading, or transferring ownership is prohibited.
• Impersonating developers, moderators, administrators, or other players is strictly forbidden.
• Multi-accounting for unfair advantages such as farming, boosting, or resource exploitation may result in account suspension.

4. In-Game Economy and Trading

• All in-game currencies, items, ships, characters, and assets remain the property of Sea of Legend.
• Real Money Trading, including buying or selling accounts, currencies, items, or services for real-world money, is prohibited.
• Scamming, fraud, or deceptive trading practices may result in permanent account bans.

5. Community and Communication

• Spamming, flooding, advertising, or promoting external services without authorization is not allowed.
• Sharing personal information belonging to yourself or other individuals is strongly discouraged.
• Guilds, factions, and alliances must follow all community guidelines.
• Groups promoting illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment may be removed without warning.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• All game content, artwork, ships, characters, systems, logos, and story elements are the intellectual property of Sea of Legend.
• Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing game assets without permission is prohibited.
• Streaming, videos, screenshots, and content creation are permitted provided they do not misrepresent the game or community.

7. Enforcement and Penalties

The Sea of Legend moderation team reserves the right to investigate and take action against any rule violations. Penalties may include:

• Temporary or permanent chat restrictions
• Temporary account suspensions
• Permanent account bans
• Removal of unfairly obtained items, resources, or progress
• IP or hardware restrictions in severe cases

Enforcement decisions are final. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without compensation or refund.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a player violating these rules, please report them through the in-game reporting system or contact us at seaoflegend2025@gmail.com. Submitting false or malicious reports may itself result in disciplinary action.

9. Developer Rights

Sea of Legend reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove game features, systems, content, and services at any time. Rules and enforcement procedures may also be updated when necessary to maintain game balance, security, and community integrity.

10. Final Clause

By creating an account or playing Sea of Legend, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Game Rules. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to your account and the game.
